DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF BACTERIAL INFECTION CAUSING ASCITES WITH PERITONEAL INFLAMMATION ( GRADE II ASCITES)

​Differential diagnosis of bacterial infection causing ascites with peritoneal inflammation ( grade II ascites ) are : 
-mycobacterial infection
-spontaneous bacterial peritonitis with cirrhosis 
-rupture visceral organs (intestine, gall bladder)
