Differential diagnosis of bilateral enlargement of parotid glands are : 
-sarcoidosis 
-mumps
-leukemia
-lymphoma
-drug induced chemical - mercury , lead iodine.
-malnutrition - Kwashiorkor 
-Mickulicz Syndrome 
-thyrotoxicosis 
-HIV
-cirrhosis / alcoholic liver disease
​-sjogren's syndrome
