-five alpha reductase deficiency syndrome 
-androgen insensitivity syndrome
-renal failure 
-hypopituitarism 
-Kallman syndrome 
-viral orchitis 
-torsion of testes
-testicular trauma 
-congenital anorchia 
-klinefelter syndrome
