DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF ECG’S SHAPE IN HYPERKALEMIA

​Differential diagnosis of ECG’S shape in hyperkalemia are : 
-broad QRS complex ( bundle branch block like changes ) 
-T wave tenting ( tall, peaked T waves) 
-shortening of QT interval 
-prolongation of PR interval 
-diminution of P wave height 
-ventricular tachycardia 
-asystole
