DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF GRANULOCYTOPENIA CAUSED BY CELL TURNOVER( AUTOIMMUNE)

Differential diagnosis of granulocytopenia caused by cell turnover ( autoimmune ) are : 
-idiopathic ( autoimmune granulocytopenia in children)
-sjogren syndrome
-systemic lupus erythematosus 
-malignant lymphomas
-chronically HIV infection 
-mononucleosis 
​-drug induced granulocytopenia
