-cryptogenic cirrhosis 
-chronic active hepatitis
-primary biliary cirrhosis 
-polymyalgia rheumatica
-pseudo lupus 
-drug induced lupus 
-combined primary biliary cirrhosis and arthralgia 
-rheumatoid arthritis
