-lipoid nephrosis
-hyperlipidemia with obesity 
-chronic hepatitis
-tuberculosis 
-streptococcal infection 
-polyarteritis nodosa
-rheumatic carditis
-erysipelas
-scarlet fever
-rheumatic fever 
-streptococcal antigen
