DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF JAUNDICE IN CARDIOVASCULAR DISORDERS

Differential diagnosis of jaundice in cardiovascular disorders are : 
-severe case of congestive cardiac failure leads to liver congestion 
-infective endocarditis
-hypertension patient with methyldopa therapy 
-pulmonary thromboembolism - increased in serum bilirubin 
-prosthetic valves - serum hepatitis
-recent cardiac surgery - serum hepatitis
-blood transfusion in anemic patient - serum hepatitis
