DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF LOCALIZED CAUSES OF ANISOCORIA

Differential diagnosis of localized causes of anisocoria are : 
-ocular prosthesis
-unilateral blindness ( retinal causes, disease of the optic apparatus)
-disease of the iris ( aniridia)
-ischemia due to the carotid artery insufficiency 
-narrow angle glaucoma 
-inflammation or injury to the iris
-drugs
