Differential diagnosis of pernicious anemia due to intestinal diseases affecting terminal ileum are : 
-absence of receptors fro vitamin B12 intrinsic factor complex in small intestines
-defective pancreatic excretory function 
-calcium chelating agent
-tumors of the small intesstines
-resection of the small intestines 
-Crohn's disease
-sprue
