DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF PROLACTIN SECRETING PITUITARY TUMOUR CAUSING HYPERPROLACTINEMIA

​Differential diagnosis of prolactin secreting pituitary tumour causing hyperprolactinemia are :
-general enlargement of the sella ( macroprolactinemia) 
-discrete change of the sella ( microprolactinemia)
