-rectus sheath hematoma
-torsion of testes
-torsion of ovarian cyst
-ruptured of ectopic pregnancy 
-ruptured of abdominal aortic aneurysm 
-renal stones
-pelvic inflammatory disease
-Mittelschmerz
-intestinal obstruction 
-inflammatory bowel disease
-incarcerated or strangulated hernia 
-endometriosis 
-cystitis
-abdominal wall hematoma 
-psoas muscle abscess
-abdominal abscess
