-athletes after severe exercises
-hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
-dilated cardiomyopathy
-aortic stenosis
-pulmonary thromboembolism 
-primary and secondary pulmonary hypertension 
-heart tumor - sarcoma
-myocarditis
-cardiac injuries
-rupture of the ventricular aneurysm
