ABIBLO HEALTH - Abatacept

Abatacept is the product of recombinant technology which is known as a synthetic fusion protein. Abatacept consists of extracellular domain of human cytotoxic T lymphocyte - associated antigen 4 or CTLA - 4 which is linked to the part of the human immunoglobulin G1 ( IgG1).abatacept will inhibit the activation of T cell and is useful in treating condition such as rheumatoid arthritis where the patient is unresponsive to any medication and administered orally.
