What is A68 ?

​A68- It is a major subunit of a paired helical filaments which is the derivative of the Tau Protein. It is the protein that is found in the brain tissue of Alzheimer’s disease patients. A68 is also found in the developing brain of the fetus or infants which disappear by the age of 2.
