​Accommodation endorser
Accommodation endorser is a bank or person who endorses a loan to another party. For instance, a parent company who endorses a bank loan to a subsidiary. 
 
The accommodation endorser will be the guarantor and be secondarily liable in case of default. Bank may endorse other banks’ acceptance notes, which can be traded on the secondary market.
