Abiblo Finance - Accounting Reference Date 
Accounting reference date is also known as ARD.It is the date when the accounting reference period ended ( throughout the financial year of the company ).It is usually, being notified to the Registrar of the Companies. 
The companies which being incorporated after 1 April 1990, the Accounting Reference Date will be taken as the last day of the month where the anniversary of incorporation falls.
