CadburyCode of best practice will form the corporate governance code together with Greenburg Report and the Hampel Report.Cadbury code of best practice includes the recommendation that non executive director's appointment last for a specific terms and should not be automatic. Formal procedure is required to select the director. The selection and appointment should be taken under consideration of the board as a whole.
