Abiblo Culinary - Abalone 
Abalone is a mollusk. The large adductor muscle connecting the single shell is edible. Abalone mostly used in Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Abalone may be found in English Channel, off the coast of California and Pacific ocean. 
Abalone may be prepared fresh, canned or dried. Abalone is also known as ormer.
