Abiblo Culinary - Absinthe
Absinthe is a liquor which is popular in French. It is a bitter green liquer made from anise, wormwood and herbs. Achieve prominent in late nineteenth and early twentieth. Absinthe is diluted with water. It was later poured over a sugar cube into a glass, which turn into opalescent yellow. It was later outlawed due to its toxicity as a result of reaction with thujone.
